Autopay is not using "Wait for Days" from Advanced Options
There are offers where we have set the Advanced Options for "Wait for Days" to 90 because we only want claims generated once per quarter only. However, when we run Autopay, claims keep getting generated for these offers. It seems Autopay is not using the "Wait for Days" setting from Advanced Options. It is picking up Autopay frequency from System Parameters instead.
Autopay is run daily because we have offers that need to generate a claim daily, if there is an accrual. However, for other offers, we only want claims generated once per quarter. These offers on on the same Fund. So when we run Autopay for this Fund, Autopay will create claims for all offers, even if the "Wait for Days" is set to 90 for an offer.
