SC Renewal Question

Hi,
I am doing some testing in Service Contract. I got a maintenance line from OM to service contract module.
The line got created in SC and same line gone to AR for billing.

Now I am trying to renew the service contract line in SC  and send the same line in AR.

I right click and say ' Renew' and it creates a new quote contract. After approval, I tried to post the line to AR, However cannot post the renewal line.

Can you let me know the exact steps.
