Hi Team,

While applying patch 11930938:R12.AP.A,Customer is getting following error,


APPL_TOP is set to /ora_dev/oracle/DEV/apps/apps_st/appl

   FAILED: file psafirstrun.sql on worker  1 for product psa username PSA.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file psafirstrun.sql on worker  1.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.

    Fixed: file psafirstrun.sql on worker  1 for product psa username PSA.

  FAILED: file psa_bc_report_events_gt.xdf on worker  1 for product psa username APPS.
