PO Hierarchy requirment

Hi,

I have below requirement. Kindly let us know how to achieve.

/*

let's assume we have only two hierarchies i.e. DEPT-A & DEPT-B

We have 2 Depts., If user select DEPT - A (i.e. Cost Center - A) at charge account then PO approval need to flow DEPT-A Hierarchy

If user select DEPT-B (i.e. Cost Center  - at charge account then PO approval need to flow DEPT-B Hierarchy.
