Patch 3554613 : Rel 11i : XDO : Relink of adpatchnew fails with "Undefined symbol: .afldrParse"

Hi there
We are currently on Release 11.5.10.1, but are in the process of taking
the steps to upgrade to 11.5.10.2 and the minimum extended support
baseline.

While applying Patch 3554613 (XDO/ORACLE XML PUBLISHER OA ROLLUP PATCH 4.5.0)
the relink of the adpatch / adpatchnew executable is failing with :
