Min-max setup: exlcude supply to non-nettable subinvetories

We have an issue with the min-max planning setup. If an engineer (subinventory in EUR) places an internal parts requirement his order counts as demand and supply for the EUR org at the same time. As a result the min-max planning setup in EUR does not order/propose to order these items. Is there a way to exclude the "supply" to non-nettable subinventories when running the min-max planning?
