Redo log size

Hi All,

We are planning to increase redo log members size from existing size 1G to 12G as we noticed frequent log switches on our database.

Hence, kindly provide us your suggestions on the below.

1. According to you what would be highest size of redo log members
2. How we can achieve an optimal size of redo log member size?
3. Please provide us if you have any support document that gives more information about this.
