Patch 9206876:R12.ZX.B - Will it Update Newer File Versions?

Hi,
While importing the Intercompany invoice using Payable Open Interface we are facing the error ZX_TAX_RATE_NOT_EXIST and found the below patch for the bug reported Bug 9206876 - UNABLE TO IMPORT INTERCOMPANY AP INVOICES

12.1.x : Patch 9206876:R12.ZX.B

Now the issue is this patch updates four objects, but the two objects are already having higher version in our environment.

zxdiprodintgpkgb.pls 120.48.12010000.19
zxdirulenginpvtb.pls 120.124.12010000.22
zxditaxapplipkgb.pls 120.260.12010000.37
