What Patches are Required to Enable SEPA Features in 11i

Hi,
We are currently in 11.5.10.
Would like to know list of patches required for enabling SEPA in 11.5.10.
We have already applied 13434486 & 13510283 patches in our instance.
But we could not find AR_DEBIT_AUTHORIZATION_API_PUB for converting DD Mandate.
Also we are getting "Attribute CreditorPrivateIdentifier in ArSepaMandatesAM.ArSepaMandatesCrUpdVO is required" error when trying to create DD Mandate from front end.
