Class roster does not display

 In Self service > Faculty center > My schedule> class roster .

If total student enroll are 936 or greater than 500 class roster does not display when you click on class roster Icon.Only spinning wheel on top right side.
I try SQL tuning for class roster view, created Index on CLASS_TBL but still the same . I really appreciate any suggestions to over come this ?
