Redirect Question

Hi Guys!
I have a question. I want that when the user tries to access application context (eg http://127.0.0.1/portal) he is redirected to the login page (http://127.0.0.1/portal/faces/login.jspx) . Is there some setting in web.xml or other configuration file I get this?
