Create Software Service Request when software product not listed?
Apologies in advance if this has been asked before and I've missed it.
How can a Software Service Request be created when the software product is not listed?
In this case, the software is Solaris.
I've typically used the Hardware tab and selected the generic "Installation, upgrades, configuration, and command usage" Problem Type, but now
"Use this for SPARC hardware issues only..." has recently(?) been appended to this option. So I feel a bit guilty about selecting it now. Plus, the
resulting SR usually has to be re-routed to the correct group.
