iSupplier Prospective Registration - RFQ Only

 Hello,
Within the Address page of the Prospective Vendor registration page, the RFQ Only address purpose is flagged by default. I opened the personalizations for the page and changed the Initial Value option to False and the flag still defaults. We would like this to not default. Am I doing this correctly?
