Employee Current Apprisal : Error - Employee Master Not Found(4447)

Hi, Some of the employees while using Employee Current Appraisal(P087712-ZJDE0001)  are getting an error message "Employee Master Not found". The error message code is 4447 and it seems it is being generated from business function "F060116 Fetch Employee Information" - N0500052. Does anyone know what the error message pretains to. This issue is not with every employee. Also the issue only seems to be for web client.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
