Address and Primary checkbox

On the Contact detail page layout, I have an Address related info tab.  Right now it has a primary Address for that Contact.  If I create an additional Address for that Contact, do you know if I can make the new Address the PRIMARY ONE for that Contact using web services?

I don't want to use Shared Address.
