How to calculate the bandwidth required to support replication

 I am in the process of implementing clustered ZFSSA 7420 appliances in three geographically separated locations.

The design calls for replicating site A to site B, Site B to Site C, and Site C to site A.

Is there a formula that can be applied to estimate the bandwidth required to support the replication within a given window of time?
