Configuration of database instance fails in OEM with error

Hi Friends,
I installed OEM agent on the database server.
Secured the agent -  Successful
Status of the agent - Up and Running
Upload - Successful.

Host..Listener..HAS..Agent are up (Green Arrows) in OEM.





Database instances have..



When I click on the database and try to configure..the following error appears.






Please help.
