unable to expand volume

 Hello I have HUS150 attached to the my server (M5000 with Solaris 10) and want to expand my current file system.I do expand on volume into HUS and everything looks ok. When I check status with luxadm new size is appeared :

luxadm display /dev/rdsk/c6t60060E80103EE280057FB8F80000004Dd0s2

but in format command is still old size:
