error id 018A collection manager

Hello,

we upgrade from JDE 8.00 to 9.1 we face problem in every customer collerction manager or credit manager in p03013-w03013b  for the customers they dont have any credit or collection how ever in 8 there is no such problem its small issue but kindly i need to know the soluation and why happend?
