install of the software fails at Prerequisite Checks

Hi,I am installing the software for a new WebCenter Portal, version 11.1.1.7, PS6.
I istalled weblogic, with no problem.
When installing WebLogic software:
 step 2 -  I select "Skip Software Updates",
step 3 -   Prerequisite Checks, does 4 checks, operating system certification, recommended opearating system packages, recommended operating system patches and physical memor

each one of them fails with this message:

Check complete.   The overall result of this check is:  Not executed

Check complete.   The overall result of this check is:  Not executed
Check complete.   The overall result of this check is:  Not executed
