Min Max planning issue

Good afternoon,

I have a customer who cancelled mulitple lines of a requisiton (that req stemmed from Min/Max Planning), she cancelled the lines in IProcurement. Because our Iprocurement reqs require an approval (regular po's do not), she decided to just go in and cancel the req and rerun min max planning. Well she canceled the req, but when she went to rerun min max, the items that she needs are no longer showing up.

Whenever she go to Inventory Super User > Quantity on Hand > Find Supply and Demand and queries for those items she gets the follwing error (She is in the same organization as the min max planning subinventories).
