Hyperion Planning: Job Status of processes in the job console of Planning is not changing to COMPLET

Hi Experts,

I have a Customer with issue, "Job Status of processes in the job console of Planning 11.1.1.3.500 (installed on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Server 64-bit) are not updating to complete"

What we suggested as a work around is:

1.Backup the HSP_JOB_STATUS table
2. Open the HSP_JOB_STATUS table and locate the job console records which are required to be changed to "Completed"
3. Change the "RUN_STATUS" value of the appropriate records to 2
4. Restart Planning service and Apache HTTP server.

But customer says that they NEED a permanent SOLUTION.
