Creating a Standard PO with Contract Terms using an RTF

How come when I use my own RTF file to print POs their Contract Terms are no longer included?  Do I have to call the Oracle Contract Terms Stylesheet from my PO rtf?  How is that done?  Is there any documentation on this anywhere?  Thanks!
