After July CPU application front end start with http 500 error

HI,

We just did July CPU to one of our patch instance. After all the steps, I am able to start the application fine. But when I go to browser and start the front end, I am getting http 500 and cannot display the page.

I thought maybe I need to recompile JSP. When I try to shutdown the application again, I got the following error:

You are running adstpall.sh version 120.10.12010000.4


adstpall.sh: Database connection could not be established. Either the database is down or the APPS credentials supplied are wrong.

USAGE:  adstpall.sh <appsusername/appspassword>
        adstpall.sh <applications_username/applications_password> -secureapps
