frm-41830 list of values contains no entries when select Receipt Method

Hi All
I have an issue on Receivables (R12.1.3)

When I try to do a Receipt, the Receipt LOV doesn't show any value, appear this error:

frm-41830 list of values contains no entries

I have configurated the correct bank, Receipt Sources, Receipt Classes for the correct OU, and the profile MO: Default Operating Unit also, all is correct but i don't know whats happening.

Some suggestion for resolve it?
