Oracle SQL/PLSQL practicing

Hi Gurus,    In Recent past I've been started working on SQL/PLSQL queries but I am not good with sql/plsql .
I want to practice on my own at home in my local system installing in local system.

 Could someone tell me  what  I have to download and install for practicing only sql/plsql in windows xp ??

It would be better if it has some sample schemas n tables...
