P43060 UOM conversion to same UOM unsuccessful for non stock items

Hi everyone,

If I open a non stock request in a UOM different than EA, using same UOM for quantity and Purchasing UOM, when trying to generate the PO I get a red error message UOM conversion from XX to XX unsuccessful (both XX being the same).

Example when trying to by Liters, I get UOM conversion LT to LT unsuccessful.

I even tried to set in P41003 1LT = 1 LT but that didn't help.

Any suggestion?
