Complete sync reasons

Hi,

We're working with Oracle Mobile Field Service, but I suspect this question should be posted here.

We have engineers doing full/complete syncs. I noticed this happens a lot after a previous sync failed, but I also have engineers who previously did an incremental update. The message in the sync details is "Complete refresh. Cause :: UD"

What does it mean? (please don't say UnDefined)
