Rman backup error

 Hi Team,
We are getting 4030 error frequently when the backup ran.

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_SBT_TAPE_1 channel at 08/13/2013 00:57:34
RMAN-10015: error compiling PL/SQL program
RMAN-10033: error during compilation of job step 4: ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 400 bytes (PL/SQL DIANA,LISIMA: Add cells)


database verion is:9.2.0.7.0 

os:Linux zmy02spc02.ap.freescale.net 2.6.9-42.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Jul 12 23:32:02 EDT 2006 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
