R12.0.3 : Unable to launch forms in EBS R12 after enabling SSL

Hi,
I have just enabled SSL on the EBusiness Suite as per note : Enabling SSL in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 376700.1)

I have logged in and cannot launch forms.

On checking the java console I can see the below which shows its using the new https and port for SSL, but these cannot be accessed and so forms
fails to launch.
