R12 (12.1.3) - Customizing the Customer Statement Letter and producing output in PDF.

Hi, we are currently upgrading our Oracle Instance to R12 (12.1.3) and have a major stumbling block with regards to the Customer Statement Letter.

Previously, we had a custom spawned program which produced the output in plain text which was then sent to a web portal and a print format server.

We have been told byour consultants that this is no longer a valid method of producing the Customer Statement in R12 (since 12.0.4) and that we should use the standard Customer Statement Letter produced by R12.

This is lacking a few fields we require to be on the Statement (Customer Account Number, Statement Cycle Name, and there are others). Our consultants have assured us they can add these fields to the PDF, but have so far not succeeded in doing it.
