Encrypt External Bank Account Data request completes in error

Hi,

When I run the Encrypt Sensitive Data Request Set Request Set in Payables, after changing the System Security Options, the 'Encrypt External Bank Account Data' request completed in error:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20000: IBY_10006 ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_EXT_BANKACCT_PUB", line 5178 ORA-06512: at line 1

I bounched the apache to see if this resolves the problem but I continue having the issue.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
