Restrict Back Dated Entry

Hi;

How can we restrict back dated Inventory Transactions like Receipt, Accept and Deliver to Store. I have setup profile option "INV: Transaction Date Validation" to "Do not allow past date" but it doesn't work. Please advice how this can be achieved.
