BG is not visible in Financial Options setup

Hi All,

While doing the Financial Option setup, I am unable to find my Business Group name under Human resource tab.  Only default BG is coming as 'Vision Corporation'

Sharing the screen shot of the same.

Let me know if i have misssed any setup/profile option.

We have not defined the MO Security profile for our org.

I also want to know if we add Operating Unit while setting the Ledger definition, why it does not display from application (Organization screen).?
