Merging two Oracle VM Managers into one

 We have two Oracle VM Managers and we want to merge them into a single Oracle VM Manager version 3.2.4.
The first Oracle VM Manager's version is 3.2.4 with MySQL EE database.
The second Oracle VM Manager's version is 3.1.1 with an Oracle Database Standard Edition.

We just want one Oracle VM Manager (3.2.4) without having to rebuild all the  networks, VM and repositories that reside on the 3.1.1 Oracle VM Manager.

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.
