Salary Cap issue: LD Encumbrance on Grants/Projects
We are operating on 12.1.3 and trying to implement salary encumbrances. We use HRMS, LD, OTL, and Grants for this process. The process seems to be working accept for employees that exceed the NIH salary cap for some projects. When creating actuals this works perfectly. However, I tested a few of these employees for encumbrances and it does not account for salary cap. It over- encumbers the projects where it should be capped and transferred to another projects. This is obviously an issue for trying to acurately portray the projects budgets when accounting for these employees. Does any have any
