Considerations for Projects Implementations in R11i

Hi Guys,

I would like to know what the pre-requisites are for Oracle Projects Implementation in R11i. We intend setting up the following products:
   Oracle Project Costing,
   Oracle Project Management
   Oracle Project Connect for Microsoft Project
   Oracle Activity Management Gateway

These products are because we want to used MS Project Server 2013 as a template for charging projects and interfaced the same in to Oracle Project Costing and viceversa (If is it possible).

Could you please let me know what kind of  special considerations we need to attend first in order to start with the implementation:   Patches , Family Packs, Special Considerations, Profiles, Etc... Any Other recommendation will be grateful.
