Failed to open database

Hello
I need you help !!

I have a problem to startup my database,

  1 - i drop a  restore  (guarantee)
  2 - the database was freezed , i think the FRA was full (i clean it after)
  3 - i kill pmon and i reboot
  4 - when a start the database it's failed with message error :
           ORA-38760: This database instance failed to turn on flashback database
           -->i try  to   flashback off, stop and start database, but it's failed too.
          
  5 - i try to flashback database to another restore point.
  4 - it's failed  when i try to open resetlogs:
   Now when i try to open database , i have this error message
