Where can I change the Recovery Rate at AP Transaction level?

Hi,

I have setup Ebtax so that the Default Recovery Rate is 100%.

We have purchases of Leasing (that we enter as standalone AP invoices) for which the Default Recovery Rate is 50%.

The VAT Rate is the same whether the Recovery Rate is 100% or 50%.

At transaction level then is defaulting 100% as recoverable and I want to manually change this percentage to 50%. Is that possible?

Other questions is can I set the Recovery Rate at Supplier Level?
