Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can I remove psu patch to aviod any conflicts for july 2013 and then apply cpu patch july 2013

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch lsinventory|grep "Patch Set Update"
Patch description: "Database Patch Set Update : 11.2.0.3.1 (13343438)"

Could you please also help me how to do this
