SSL and SSL accelerators with Oracle EBS

 Hi AllWe are implementing Oracle EBS 12.1.3. With following configurations.


1. 1 DMZ Server.
2. 2 Application Nodes.
3. 2 RAC Database Nodes.

We want to put this server live on internet. As we will be putting this server live on internet so we want to secure its communication also,so  we are planing to implement SSL with EBS.

As per Metalink doc "Enabling SSL in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 376700.1)"
 
   "It is advantageous to use SSL accelerators because it requires less maintenance as none of the application tier Web Nodes have to be configured for SSL anymore."

In our environment we have multiple application servers. So I think this will be better option if we can implement "SSL accelerators".
