How to share BI report file (data models and layouts) between 2 BI servers when using Load Balancer

Hello,

QUESTION:

I have 2 servers A and B which will be load balanced in Production.
How can we keep the server in Sync so that when a User creates a report
(with load balancer config turned on) he can access his newly created report on both servers ?
The use at the time of the OVR report creation is assigned to one server
(Let's say by the load balancer and I am assuming the report gets created on that server
Next time the load balancer redirect the same user to server A......he is more
likely not to have his report on that server ,
