Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. access web client in full domain name address instead of hostname

Hi, there. May i know how i can configure to use full domain name to access JDE in webclient. Currently when i use full domain address Eg, http://myhqjde001.elken.com:81/jde/servlet/com.jdedwards.runtime.virtual.LoginServlet), It then give extra URL like this http://myhqjde001.elken.com:81/jde/servlet/com.jdedwards.jas.maf.JASMAFServlet;jsessionid=-MLgSKnqQhfTb0CykJWjy31?jdemafjasLauncher=JDE_TASKEXPLORER_LAUNCHER&jdemafjasContext=/jde&jdemafjasUID=1&jdemafjasComponent=JDE_HTMLCLIENT&jdemafjascacheUID=432&TimeStamp=1376626862764

with abnormal layout of the screen.

Wonder is any way i can fix this ?

note: http://myhqjde001:81/jde/servlet/com.jdedwards.runtime.virtual.LoginServlet looks normal
