BI publisher Excel Template

Hi All,
I 'm a newbie of developer on BI Publisher. I 'm using BI publisher Desktop to create the excel template. My problem is when I run the report from Oracle EBS R12 the grouping issue date of transaction are not loop to show on template separately. It always loop to show at the first row not like the output from BI Publisher Template Viewer. Could anyone help to investigate and suggest my problem?
