Can uncheck Create Charge flag and OM interface Flag in Transaction Billing Types of recover part in

Hi,

Can uncheck Create Charge flag and OM interface Flag in Transaction Billing Types of recover part in debrief(Service Request > Setup > Installed Base > Transaction Billing Types)?Because we donnot need create charges and create any sales order in recover part of debrief.we use interorg transfer.but  occured charge problem frequently in debrief,so we want to uncheck the flag in definiton of in Transaction Billing Types of recover part and the flag are checked a log time ago in our application.
