I can not download exachk_222_beta_bundle.zip in MOS DOC ID 1556878.1

I can not download exachk_222_beta_bundle.zip and exachk_221_bundle.zip" in  MOS DOC ID  1556878.1 

When I click the link,  blank page shows up. I'm using firefox with windows 7.

Does anybody have same issue ?
