OCR and Vote Disk

 Hi, As per oracle's documentation ,the configuration of 11g r2(11.2.0.3)  rac database we need DBDATA disk group ,DBFLASH  disk group  and 3 OCR_VOTE Disk for ocr and voting information.
If suppose there is a ocr corruption then how to recover /restore ocr from same  OCR_VOTE disk(store ocr and voting informtion).
What is the pros and cons of keeping OCR-VOTE in same disk .
