Very Urgent ora-0600

We are getting trace files for many databases with ora-0600

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [dbkc_init_bs_ctx-10], [48140]

but i don't see anything specific in alertlog and also these trace are not coming in background trace they are going in /apps/oracle/product/11.2.0.3/rdbms/log

but background_dump_dest is some other location

This is happening with many dtaabases
