Unable to update CPA

Hi,

I' am trying to update the existing CPA's using the Buyer workbench Center, but getting the following error. But when I' am using core form I' am able to update without any error and submit it for approval.

Please enter an effective From Date that is earlier than the latest creation date of the purchase orders referencing this document.
