Project Status Inquiry

Hi Experts

My client wants to have the picture of the status of each project as of past dates (Mar 2009, Mar 2010, Mar 2011, and Mar 2012) from the Project Status Inquiry window.  Can anyone help me out with some suggestions to achieve the same.
